• These scores do not include personal identifiers but may be linked to your account.

Payment Information

Processed securely by third parties (e.g., Stripe). We do not store credit card details.

Usage Data

Logs, analytics, and interactions with our platform.

Third-Party Integrations (Optional)

If you connect your Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads accounts, we collect campaign metrics (e.g., impressions, spend, clicks, ROAS).

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Security

• Videos are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Analysis data stored in secure Supabase tables.
• Access limited to authorized personnel.
• No system is 100% secure; we disclaim liability beyond applicable law.

6. Data Retention

• Videos: stored until you delete or request deletion.
• Analysis data: retained indefinitely for insights, but anonymized.
• Ad platform data: retained until you disconnect integrations or 90 days after account closure.
• Backups: retained up to 90 days.
• Legal compliance/fraud data: retained for up to 2 years.
• Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Marketing Use

• By default, we may use your content in marketing, demos, or case studies.
• You can opt out anytime in account settings.
• We will not display your identifiable content publicly without permission if you opt out.

8. International Data Transfers

• Data may be transferred outside your country.
• For EU/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK Addendum for transfers to the US.

9. Children's Data

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
